FEE STRUCTURE
A recent study by Cerulli Associates and Phoenix Marketing International revealed that nearly two-thirds of investors either didn't know how their advisor was being paid or thought they were receiving services for free. While our emphasis on bottom-line results means we are hyper-attentive to the impact that fees and expenses have on performance, our desire to deliver transparency means we want our fee structure to be simple and clear. Mostly, we just want to be known as a firm that delivers more for less.
The way we make our money is by charging a percentage on assets under management. We never receive commissions, trails or financial incentives for purchasing or recommending any investment to our clients. Our only incentive is to grow your portfolio, because if that happens we all benefit.
MANAGEMENT FEE: 1% PER ANNUM
Our standard management fee of 1% per annum is collected on a quarterly basis, and is calculated by taking the market value of your portfolio at the end of the previous quarter and multiplying it by one-fourth of the annual fee, or 0.25%.
Our desire is to see our efforts make a meaningful difference for as many people as possible, thus we do not restrict who we work with to certain portfolio minimums, but rather on whether or not our firm and process is a good fit for a particular prospective client.
